SourceSTAR (previously known as Sekhem, STAR = Sekhem Transformed And Reborn) is a complete energy system that is derived from the temples of very ancient Egypt. SourceSTAR is the high vibrational healing energy of Living Light. It is a channelled energy, which was known in the temples of Egypt, and was developed as Sekhem and reintroduced by Helen Belot in Australia in 1992.

Treatments involve a short consultation to find out a little bit about you to establish what you would like to achieve from the healing and we set an intention. This is followed by a nice lie down on a massage couch, fully clothed in a lovely, warm, relaxing room with low lighting and soft music. Clients find that the whole experience brings very deep relaxation, calmness, clarity and peace with wisdom and a fresh outlook on going forward in their life.
